Troubleshooting (coming soon)#
We will start by constructing the physical housing that will hold the AutoPollS ‘brains’ (i.e., Raspberry Pi and electronics) and power (battery). Instructions here demonstrate our current approach using a waterproof junction box to house electronics, with waterproof connections going out for (a) four cameras + thermocouples and (b) a connection from the battery to the solar panel. These can of course be modified for use with different applications, battery and power solutions, etc.
